Strength Revivalist

I’m not a personal trainer.
Not a life coach either.
And while I have deep respect for their work — I’m not here to fix anyone’s life.

Most days, I’m just trying to figure out my own.

What I do offer is something simple but powerful: a practice of rebuilding strength, piece by piece.

Not just the kind you measure in a gym — but the kind that helps you hold steady when life gets unpredictable.
The kind of mental strength training that teaches you to say “No” without guilt.
To stick to your plan — even when dessert shows up smiling.
Because real strength isn’t always about a bench press PR.
Sometimes, it’s about not snapping in traffic.
Or breathing through that one WhatsApp message that derailed your day.

Sure, physical fitness matters. It gives you structure.
But the real shift? It’s in your mindset.
Strength is knowing how to stay when everything in you wants to run.
It’s having the awareness to push, pause, or walk away — with clarity and calm.
It’s about choosing discipline over drama.

And yes — learning to laugh, especially at yourself, even when nothing feels funny.
This is the core of what I’ve lived and now share through my work in resilience coaching, emotional wellness, and holistic strength building.

This is what helped me heal, grow, and come back stronger.

Workshops

Short, sharp, and built to leave a mark — these sessions are often the first place people experience a true reset. From the inside out. Expect functional movement, breath, rhythm, and a new take on strength — the kind that doesn’t require machines or a gym. We tap into primal movement patterns, using ancient tools like the gada and mudgar to build strength, control, and presence. But these aren’t your usual wellness workshops with buzzwords and awkward icebreakers. They’re immersive, hands-on, and rooted in real-world stress relief and resilience. People leave feeling stronger — in their body, in their breath, and in how they show up to life. We often collaborate with expert practitioners in kriya yoga, sound healing, and breath-led practices, creating a truly holistic wellness experience. Whether you’re a founder, facilitator, or HR lead — this is for your team if you want to move better, think clearer, and shake off the stress.

Retreats

A deeper dive. These are immersive, 2- to 4-day getaways in hand-picked rustic or luxurious locations — from the ghats of Banaras to tucked-away corners of Goa.  We combine old-world strength, practices with breathwork, movement, and rest.   No fluff. No forced silence. No pretending to be someone you’re not. Just clean movement, conscious breath, and enough stillness to cut through the noise. This is perfect for small teams, leadership groups, or individuals looking to disconnect, slow down, and return to their daily grind with more clarity, rhythm, and real strength. After 30 years of curating and creating events and experiences professionally, you can be sure that these will be special. ●Ancient strength training practices (gada & mudgar) ●Mobility sessions for functional movement ●Breathwork and nervous system reset rituals ●Sound healing, kriya yoga, and deep rest techniques We collaborate with guest facilitators — from breath-led movement coaches to sound immersion therapists — to create a retreat that restores not just the body, but the mind and inner rhythm. You’ll leave with a different kind of strength — one that’s centered, sustainable, and rooted in presence, not performance. These retreats are ideal for: ●Leadership groups and founders ●Wellness seekers and transformation coaches ●Creative teams or high-performers looking to reset ●Celebrating a milestone birthday or anniversary with your friends and family Reach out to curate one for your team or community.

Corporate Wellness

In the corporate world, the battlefield looks different - no arrows, no armor, but endless deadlines, constant decision making, and the weight of responsibility. The polish on the outside often hides the erosion within. What leaders and teams need is not more strategy, but resilience: a body that can hold pressure, a mind that sees clearly in noise, and a spirit that does not fray in the storm. Our corporate wellness programs draw from India’s traditional practices of strength and stillness, reimagined for modern leadership. These are not fitness sessions, but lived practices of resilience, where strength becomes the energy you bring, stillness becomes steadiness under fire, and spirit becomes the ability to carry others without emptying yourself. Designed for CEOs, senior leaders, and teams who fight daily battles, these programs serve as a reset, a forge, and a recognition that truly strengthens.
